Doramectin/Levamisole Injection: 5 mg/mL doramectin and 150 mg/mL levamisole hydrochloride, formulated in a glycerol base and available in 100-mL, 250-mL, and 500-mL multidose vials; Valcor (Rx). NADA # 141-553. FDA-approved for use in beef cattle 2 months of age and older and in replacement dairy heifers less than 20 months of age. Slaughter withdrawal is 15 days. Not for use in beef bulls over 1 year of age intended for breeding dairy calves, veal calves, beef calves less than 2 months of age, or female dairy cattle 20 months of age or older.
